tiny house
casita gardenlore | living small
The biggest place I ever lived was an 1800 square foot, three bedroom duplex with a huge yard and big garage. Not only was it a lot of space, every inch of it was packed with stuff — books, clothes, photos, nik-naks, you name it — pretty much everything I thought I could ever need. Thing was, it was just all too much. I just couldn’t keep up with all the maintenance, or even remember what I had. I’ve been downsizing ever since.
These days I live in a 300 square foot casita in Northern New Mexico. I share a kitchen with the house whose property I sit on, but most days, I have everything I need right here.
